How Can We Help?

Machine Issues If you experience a problem with one of our washers or dryers during your visit, please let us know right away. You can report an issue directly through our website using the Report an Issue form. We take equipment reliability seriously and will address any problem as quickly as possible to minimize any disruption to your visit.

Refunds If a machine malfunction caused you to lose money or your laundry was not completed properly, we want to make it right. Please scan the QR code and fill out the appropriate details.

Pricing Questions Have questions about our wash and dry cycle prices or which machine size is right for your load?
